石英晶振压封焊接电流

石英晶振焊接电流是由焊接电源决定的,焊接电源主要有单相交流式、电容储能式、晶体管式和逆变式4种,由于逆变焊接电源体积小、重量轻、节能省材,而且控制性能好,动态响应快,易于实现焊接过程的实时控制,是焊接电源的发展方向。

根据热量公式可知,形成焊点所需的热量与焊接电流的平方成正比。若电流太小,则不能形成熔焊点,影响气密性;若电流太大,基座受到的热冲击太大则可能会把上盖烧坏。
